The Story

Ever wondered how well you really know your friends?
Falsities & Forgeries turns gaslighting into an art form.
Most games give you the script, FAFO gives you the gallery.

You are a Master Forger trying to steal originals and sell forgeries.
The rest of the table acts as sharp Art Critics.
The game elevates everyday manipulation into an elegant, high-stakes heist
where you're either selling a priceless truth, or passing off a brilliant forgery.

We've created a unique experience where you'll share, question,
and ultimately decide: fact or fiction?

Each round, one player takes the stage as the Curator,
presenting an improvised exhibit to a gallery full of critics.
You have total creative freedom to curate a story about yourself,
someone you know, or any world event.
Everyone else acts as Art Critics, debating if it's an undisputed truth,
or a carefully orchestrated forgery.

Can you trick your friends with a wild story?
Earn Assets by making them believe the unbelievable,
or by showing them that truth can be stranger than any fiction!

Do you trust your instincts?
Players can score by accurately identifying fabrications,
or take a gamble and double their points by firmly backing their decision...
Just be prepared to hand over extra Assets if you're mistaken!
